BOOKING CONDITIONS
Booking Confirmation
Bookings will only be considered confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit. Deposits should be 50% of the entire booking total. Payment can be made by credit card over the phone or by fax.
Alterations to Bookings
Please inform us of any alteration as soon as possible and we will do all we can to assist. Request to change your booking after confirmation may be made in writing or telephone, but we are not bound to comply with such request. If additional people are added to your booking, they are added on the understanding that they also accept the booking condition.
Injury, Loss, Damage and Interruption
The holiday is undertaken entirely at your own risk and The Roots cannot accept any responsibility for personal injury, accident or loss damage to equipment or personal effect other than negligence of our employee, agents, suppliers or subcontractors acting within the scope of / or in the course of their employment when the event occured. We do not accept any responsibilities for interruptions incurred by bad weather, civil or military disturbance, strike or any matter beyond the control of The Roots. Guests should arrange travel insurance before their journey.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be made 2 weeks before arrival to be eligable for refund. Within 2 weeks of arrival cancellation fee is 100% of booking. |
